* Educational Qualification: MBA/MHA in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related healthcare discipline.

* Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of teaching or hospital administration experience preferred.

* Strong knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare administration, and departmental management.

* Familiarity with OPD, IPD, ICU, Emergency, OT, MRD, Front Office, and other hospital departments.

* Good understanding of NABH standards, hospital quality management, patient safety, SOPs, and KPIs.

* Excellent English communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

* Ability to deliver interactive, practical, and case-study-based training sessions.

* Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, digital teaching tools, and online learning platforms.





* Ability to prepare study materials, assignments, assessments, and examination questions.

* Solid mentoring skills and the ability to guide students in academic projects, presentations, and interview preparation.

* Candidates with hospital industry experience and a passion for teaching will be given preference.
