Key Responsibilities

- Manage quality inspections from raw material receipt to final dispatch.
- Establish product specifications, inspection checklists and quality standards.
- Supervise and train the QC team; assign responsibilities and monitor performance.
- Check dimensions, weight, finish, strength, functionality, branding and packaging against approved samples.
- Identify defects, investigate root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate with production and suppliers to resolve quality issues and reduce rejection and rework.
- Ensure inspection and testing instruments are maintained and calibrated.
- Maintain inspection records, rejection reports and quality performance reports.
- Handle customer quality complaints and verify corrective actions.
- Hold non-conforming goods and approve finished goods for dispatch only after quality clearance.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
