Position Overview:
GSS Projects Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer specializing in residential layout planning and land development to manage the planning, design, and development of residential and commercial layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

– Plan and design residential layouts, including plot divisions, internal roads, and site development.
– Prepare layout plans in accordance with applicable development regulations and approval requirements.
– Coordinate land surveys, site measurements, and land utilization planning.
– Plan roads, drainage systems, water supply, and other essential layout infrastructure.




– Coordinate with architects, surveyors, consultants, and approval authorities.
– Review layout drawings using AutoCAD and ensure proper site execution.
– Monitor layout development work and ensure compliance with approved plans and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

– B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
– 10–15 years of experience in layout planning and land development.
– Strong knowledge of residential layout design, plotting, and infrastructure planning.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and layout drawing preparation.
– Knowledge of local planning regulations and layout approval procedures.
– Good coordination, technical, and problem-solving skills.
