Social Media Manager | GenZ Way

Location: Old Gurgaon, Gurugram
Work mode: Work from office
Salary: ₹8,000 to ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands content, keeps up with trends, and is hungry to learn, take ownership, and get things done.

What you’ll do

- Plan, schedule, and publish content across our social media accounts.
- Write captions and suggest fresh content ideas.
- Coordinate with writers and editors to keep uploads on track.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements.
- Use AI tools for research, ideation, and everyday content workflows.

What we’re looking for

- At least 6 months of hands-on social media management experience.
- Good knowledge of AI tools and how to use them effectively.
- An understanding of Instagram, YouTube,



and platform-specific content.
- A positive eye for content, trends, and audience engagement.
- Initiative, consistency, and a strong willingness to work and grow.
- Ability to work from our Old Gurgaon office.
