SALARY CRITERIA 25K TO 35K PER MONTH

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, HR policies, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle HR operations, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Coordinate payroll processing, compensation, and employee perks.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
- Handle performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Manage employee training, development, and retention initiatives.




- Coordinate with management on workforce planning and HR strategies.
- Supervise the HR team and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Required Skills

- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent recruitment, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.
