Key Responsibilities: Handle after-sales customer queries and provide support
Assist customers with service status updates, warranty and repair-related queries
Coordinate with service teams for timely issue resolution
Manage customer complaints and escalations
Ensure an excellent customer service experience
Who Can Apply? Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Prior customer service or retail experience is an added advantage
