About PRNIK PLAST

PRNIK PLAST is a manufacturing company specialising in plastic moulding, OEM components, and cold chain packaging solutions. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support business development, generate recent leads, and expand our customer base across industrial and pharmaceutical sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in plastic moulding, OEM manufacturing, and cold chain packaging.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and customer visits.
- Prepare quotations, product presentations, company profiles, and sales proposals.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples, and ongoing customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the production, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
- Maintain a database of customers, leads, enquiries, and sales activities.
- Support customer meetings, industrial visits, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
- Work towards achieving monthly lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales targets.
- Promote PRNIK PLAST's products and capabilities through digital platforms and other marketing channels.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups,



sales pipeline, and business development activities.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development; experience in manufacturing or B2B sales is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
- Ability to prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and manage multiple enquiries.
- Knowledge of industrial products, plastic moulding, OEM manufacturing, or pharmaceutical packaging will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Willing to travel for customer meetings and industrial visits when required.
- Capable of developing new customer relationships and maintaining existing accounts.
- Professional approach to customer communication and follow-ups.
- Comfortable coordinating with a manufacturing plant and its internal teams.
