Job Summary:

Nextspark Ventures LLP is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Trainees who are eager to learn about sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and business growth. This role is ideal for freshers who want to develop practical business development skills while working with a professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying potential clients and generating current business leads
- Support business outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Connect with prospective clients and maintain regular follow-ups
- Maintain lead databases, sales reports, and communication records using Excel or CRM tools
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and client documents
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Support networking, marketing, and business expansion initiatives




- Learn and implement effective sales and client relationship management techniques

Skills Required:

- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn sales, marketing, and business development
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, internet research, and online communication tools
- Confidence in communicating with prospective clients
- Good organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a team and meet assigned targets

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
