TIMS Education is looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to oversee business operations, admissions, sales performance, team management, and organizational growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in managing teams, and the ability to drive admission targets, improve operational efficiency, and maintain a productive work environment.

Candidates with experience in EdTech, education consultancy, online education, or distance education will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily operations across departments and branches.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance, lead conversion, and admission follow-ups.
- Lead and coordinate Academic Counselling, Telemarketing, Marketing, HR, and Administration teams.
- Set performance targets and evaluate departmental and individual employee performance.
- Conduct regular review meetings with managers and team leaders.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the Training Team to improve employee productivity and professional skills.
- Monitor operational expenses and ensure effective resource utilization.
- Improve student satisfaction, service quality, and admission processes.
- Identify new business opportunities, institutional partnerships, and expansion possibilities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the Managing Director.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs, and management decisions are implemented effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.




- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years experience of relevant professional.
- Experience in EdTech, education consultancy, online education, or distance education is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, business operations, and target achievement.
