Hiring: *Plant Accounts & Reconciliation Officer*

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Experience: Minimum: 3Years

Qualification: Accounting / Finance / Commerce or related field

*Job Responsibilities:*

* Handle daily Milk GRV booking and reconcile farmer delivery notes with milk received at the plant.

* Reconcile maintenance, repair & maintenance, and spare-parts consumption costs.

* Reconcile Engineering Store spare-parts issues with maintenance and repair activities.

* Handle CAPEX reconciliation, including approval verification, cost allocation, and Sage booking.

* Monitor and reconcile fuel consumption for generators, forklifts, and company vehicles.

* Verify supporting documents, quantities, values, invoices, and accounting entries.

* Prepare daily plant reports and reconciliation statements as required.

* Identify and report variances, discrepancies,



and accounting mismatches.

*Candidate Requirements:*

* Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

* Good knowledge of GRV, inventory, costing, invoices, and reconciliation.

* Working knowledge of Sage / ERP and MS Excel.

* Robust analytical, reporting, and reconciliation skills.

* Good attention to detail and ability to identify variances.

* Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
