Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
- Identify market trends, analyze competitor activities, and develop strategies to improve market share.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales and marketing team to ensure target achievement.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and brand-building activities.
- Explore new markets, generate business leads, and expand the company's customer network.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and present business updates to management.
- Manage sales budgets, marketing expenditure, and customer feedback to improve overall performance.
