Job Summary

Dr. Rekha Ayurveda Clinic is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end daily operations across all departments, including sales, logistics, inventory, finance, and administration.
- Manage and coordinate teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor daily business performance, operational expenses, cash flow, and financial transactions.
- Manage inventory, procurement, vendor coordination, and product dispatch.
- Ensure proper coordination between consultation, nutrition, pharmacy, sales, and customer support teams.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement.




- Resolve operational issues and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Monitor team productivity, allocate responsibilities, and ensure accountability.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to support business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 4–5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Robust leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, finance, and administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and operational reporting tools.
- Experience in healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, or clinic operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
