About the opportunity

TinyPal is looking to partner with experienced storytelling and drama facilitators who can bring stories to life for young children through interactive online sessions that encourage imagination, language, expression and participation.

What you’ll do

- Conduct interactive storytelling sessions using engaging narratives, characters, puppets, role-play and imaginative scenarios.
- Develop a progressive programme that encourages children to participate, retell stories, express ideas and create their own narratives.
- Use age-appropriate techniques to keep children actively involved rather than passively watching a performance.
- Adapt storytelling formats to children's developmental levels, interests and attention spans.
- Share simple story-based activities for families to enjoy between sessions.
- Provide a explicit list of materials parents will need to arrange before the programme begins.

What we’re looking for

- Established experience conducting storytelling, drama, theatre, puppetry or role-play sessions for children under 6.
- Demonstrated ability to engage young children in an online setting.
- Experience creating or delivering structured, multi-session programmes.
- Strong understanding of early language development, imagination and age-appropriate participation.
- Comfort working with children who have different communication styles, confidence levels and attention spans.

- A complete list of materials parents would need to arrange for the sessions, such as storybooks, puppets, props, costumes or household objects. Please distinguish essential items from optional ones.
- Details of any prerequisite materials you will provide for the lessons, such as story resources, printable activities, scripts, puppets or digital materials. Clearly distinguish these from items parents must arrange or purchase, and mention any associated costs.
- Your availability, session pricing and any sample session plans or demonstrations you can share.

NB: TinyPal is interested in partnering with providers who already have an established, tested offering and can deliver it consistently across multiple children and families. Please share your existing programme wherever possible, rather than proposing only a general outline of what you could teach.

Please also indicate whether you can offer a short introductory or demonstration session, and whether you are open to a pilot engagement before expanding the programme.

Pay: From ₹2,000.00 per hour
