Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled STP Operator to operate and maintain the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and ensure proper wastewater treatment as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor STP equipment, pumps, motors, blowers and related machinery.
- Monitor wastewater treatment processes and ensure smooth plant operations.
- Check water quality parameters and maintain daily operational records.
- Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
- Identify operational issues and report equipment breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- Follow safety procedures and environmental compliance requirements.




- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the plant area.

Eligibility Criteria

- ITI or Diploma qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, EEE, Chemical or a relevant technical trade.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Basic understanding of pumps, motors and wastewater treatment processes is preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious.
