Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Holiday Operations Executive to manage and oversee the end-to-end backend operations of holiday packages, with a strong understanding of international destinations, travel routes, and destination-specific travel requirements. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, hotels, transport partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of holiday packages while maintaining accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee end-to-end backend operations for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Possess good knowledge of international destinations, including popular tourist attractions, sightseeing options, travel routes, and destination-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with overseas vendors, hotels, transport partners, and internal teams for seamless holiday arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and verify itineraries, hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing arrangements, and other operational documents.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are accurate and aligned with customer requirements and company standards.
- Monitor daily operational activities and resolve booking-related issues, delays, and escalations efficiently.




- Ensure timely confirmation of services and smooth execution of holiday packages.
- Support, guide, and supervise junior operations team members.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure service quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, efficiency, and accuracy.

Requirements

- Proven experience in holiday operations within the travel and tourism industry.
- Valuable knowledge of international destinations and the ability to plan and manage international holiday packages.
- Familiarity with international itineraries, hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing, and travel logistics.
- Experience coordinating with international vendors, destination management companies (DMCs), and service providers is preferred.
- Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle operational challenges independently.
- Prior experience handling or guiding junior operations staff is an added advantage.
