- Convert inquiries into leads in WG Core and send quotations
- Confirm orders using the single-contact-point rule — batch all pending questions into one client call
- Work with the dispatch, accounts and store teams to keep orders moving smoothly, and flag delays early.
- Share dispatch and delivery updates proactively
- Follow up on payments after sale until fully collected
- Log complaints and returns in WG Core and coordinate the fix
- Keep client records (contacts, sites, preferences) up to date
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
