- Site Plan Preparation: Prepare site plans, location plans, building layouts, and other technical drawings required for Pollution Control Board consent applications and related approvals.
- Pollution Control Board Documentation: Prepare, verify, compile, and submit documents required for Consent to Establish (CTE), Consent to Operate (CTO), Integrated Consent to Operate (ICO), consent renewals, and other applicable approvals.
- Application Management: Handle online consent applications, upload supporting documents, respond to return notes and technical queries, coordinate corrections, and follow up with the Kerala State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) and other relevant authorities.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare reports, affidavits, covering letters, site details, distance statements, and other technical documents required for regulatory approvals.
- Employee Management: Coordinate and manage employees, allocate tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Site Supervision:



Visit project sites whenever required, inspect site conditions, collect measurements and technical details, coordinate with clients and site personnel, and ensure that the work is carried out as per the approved plans and requirements.
- Client Coordination: Communicate with clients to collect the necessary documents, explain application requirements, provide updates, and coordinate the resolution of technical and documentation-related issues.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with engineering, design, fabrication, and execution teams to support project planning and implementation.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain proper records of drawings, consent applications, submitted documents, approval letters, site visit reports, and project status.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
