Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee overall dealership sales operations, business planning, and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Drive vehicle sales, retail performance, market share, and dealership profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers and the wider sales team.
- Monitor KPIs, lead conversion, bookings, retail targets, and customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen CRM processes, lead management, and customer relationship strategies.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, operations, and other departments for seamless dealership functioning.




- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to improve overall performance.

Candidate Profile

- Mandatory experience in automobile dealership sales management.
- Proven track record in leading dealership sales operations and achieving business targets.
- Strong knowledge of automotive retail, sales forecasting, CRM, and market development.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, analytical, and team management skills.
- A result-oriented qualified with the ability to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
