Frame Theory Socials is a marketing agency offering influencer marketing, social media management, content creation, performance marketing, and brand growth solutions.
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to help us acquire new clients, build strong business relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, cold calling, email, and other channels.
- Reach out to potential brands and businesses to pitch our marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
- Schedule client meetings, follow up on prospects, and convert leads into paying clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Positive understanding of sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Ability to pitch services confidently to brands and businesses.
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining lead records.

- Freshers with relevant skills and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing will be preferred.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from our Noida office.
