Job Description – Maintenance Supervisor (Dental Hospital)

Supervise daily maintenance activities across the dental hospital.

* Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, AC, lighting, and other equipment.

* Monitor maintenance of dental chairs, compressors, suction systems, and other clinic infrastructure.

* Coordinate with vendors and technicians for repairs and servicing.

* Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.

* Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of the hospital premises.

* Maintain maintenance records, service schedules, and equipment logs.

* Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure timely resolution.

* Monitor maintenance expenses and inventory of spare parts.

* Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards and report major issues to management.

* Must travel to all 6 branches of the dental hospital as required to inspect, supervise, and coordinate maintenance activities.

*Ensure regular maintenance and timely resolution of issues across all 6 branches.
