What you’ll do

- Deliver MPS curriculum sessions — structured levels, not improvised classes
- Assess every swimmer and move them up when they’re ready
- Tell parents what their child did today and what’s next
- Mark attendance every batch, every day — presents and absences
- Lead and train the assistant coaches
- Run trials for new enquiries and give an honest assessment
- Keep batches full and timings sensible
- Flag any safety or maintenance issue the same day

Non-negotiables

- Never alone with a child — in or out of the water
- No child in the water without a lifeguard present
- If the lifeguard stops a session, it stops
- No photos or videos of children on personal phones

You need

- 3+ years coaching swimming, including kids aged 4–12
- Robust technique across all four strokes
- First Aid & CPR (or complete ours in 30 days)
- Comfortable talking to parents
- Hindi or Marathi fluent; basic English for reports
- Available mornings, evenings and weekends

Nice to have: SFI / NIS / ASCA / Austswim certification · lifeguard certification · team leadership experience · competitive swimming background

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
