Location: Kottayam, Kerala Experience: Minimum 5 years Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to independently manage interior fit-out, civil and turnkey projects. Key Responsibilities: * Project planning, execution and timely completion. * BOQ preparation, estimation, costing and billing. * Managing multiple sites, supervisors and labour teams. * Material planning, procurement and cost control. * Coordination with clients, architects and subcontractors. * Quality control, site inspections and progress reporting. * Ensuring projects are completed within budget and deadlines. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. * Robust knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ and estimation. * Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to independently handle multiple projects.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
