Job Description:
We are looking for a Storekeeper to manage construction materials at project sites, maintain inventory records, and ensure proper receipt, storage, and issue of materials.

Responsibilities:

- Handle receipt and verification of civil, structural, MEP, and finishing materials.
- Maintain GRN/MRN, stock registers, inward/outward records, and material issue vouchers.
- Ensure proper storage, stacking, identification, and preservation of materials.
- Monitor stock levels, material consumption, shortages, and wastage.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile stock with system records.
- Issue materials against approved requisitions and maintain acknowledgement records.
- Coordinate with Procurement, QA/QC, and Site Execution teams for material requirements.
- Prepare daily stock reports and monthly inventory statements.
- Maintain records of tools, equipment, scrap,



and returned materials.
- Ensure store housekeeping, safety, and proper documentation.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Diploma/Any Degree in Civil.
- Experience in construction or building project stores preferred.
- Knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/inventory software.
- Valuable organizational and record-keeping skills.
