The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout the vehicle purchase journey and after-sales experience. The role involves customer follow-up, lead management, delivery coordination, feedback collection, complaint resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
