Job Description – Collections Executive

Department: Operations
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–4 Years
Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field

Job Responsibilities

- Verify and record incoming bank payments on a daily basis.
- Track customer payments against due schedules and internal records.
- Perform bank reconciliation with internal ledgers and transaction records.
- Identify and resolve unmatched or pending payment entries.
- Monitor overdue, upcoming, and received payments.
- Maintain collections MIS, aging reports, and transaction booking sheets.
- Prepare periodic reports on collections, reconciliation status, and overdue accounts.
- Support NACH mandate processing and maintain related documentation.
- Ensure accurate transaction records and audit-ready operational files.

Required Skills





- Knowledge of collections operations, payment tracking, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Understanding of disbursement and repayment structures.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of transactional data.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in collections, reconciliation, or finance operations within a bank, NBFC, or financial services organization are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
