Job Title: HVAC Project Engineer/Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HVAC Project Engineer to handle end-to-end execution of HVAC projects. The candidate should have solid technical knowledge and site execution experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Site execution, supervision and monitoring of HVAC works (Ducting, Piping, Chillers, VRV/VRF, AHU, FCU etc.)

2. Study and understand drawings, BOQ, specifications & GFC.

3. Preparation of daily/weekly progress reports and material reconciliation.

4. Coordination with client, consultant, main contractor and internal team.

5. Material procurement planning, MIR preparation, and quantity estimation.

6. Joint measurement with client and billing support for RA bills.

7. Ensure quality control,



safety compliance and timely completion of project.

8. Handling of testing & commissioning activities.

9. Manage site team, contractors and subcontractors.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems - Central Plant, VRF, Chilled Water System

- AutoCAD reading, Project Planning, Site Execution

- Good communication and team handling skills

- Willingness to relocate as per project requirement

Qualification:

- B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

- Relevant HVAC certification will be an added advantage
