About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, identify suitable candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring process across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closures of open positions and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in HR,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also apply.
