Production Supervisor – Roles and Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Allocate work to operators and helpers based on production requirements.
- Monitor production progress and take corrective action to avoid delays.
- Ensure products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Ensure proper utilisation of manpower, and raw materials.
- Monitor material consumption and minimise wastage, rejection, and rework.
- Maintain daily production records and submit reports to the Production In-charge.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, productivity, and work performance.
- Train and guide Packers and helpers on work procedures and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with the Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Packing Departments.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with workplace safety procedures.




- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure production activities follow company procedures and approved work instructions.
- Report production delays, quality issues, material shortages, and machine problems to the Production In-charge.
- Ensure smooth shift handovers and communicate pending production activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce production costs.
- Perform other production-related duties assigned by the Production In-charge or Management.

Reporting to: Production In-charge

Job Types: Full time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
