We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to manage daily operations and lead our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, and supervise staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor sales, expenses, and cost control.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and other departments.
- Prepare daily reports and work towards achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience in restaurant management.
- Valuable leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and cost control.
- Ability to manage a team and solve problems.
- Strong customer service and decision-making skills.
