Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Tours and Travels Operator to manage daily travel operations, prepare tour packages, coordinate bookings, and provide excellent customer service. The candidate should have positive communication skills, travel-planning knowledge, and the ability to coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and organize domestic and international tour packages.
- Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and package cost estimates.
- Handle flight, hotel, bus, cab, and sightseeing bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and local guides.
- Assist customers with travel requirements, visa documentation, and travel insurance coordination.
- Manage customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in visits.
- Prepare invoices, maintain booking records, and follow up on customer payments.
- Coordinate airport transfers, sightseeing schedules,



and other travel arrangements.
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, refunds, and customer complaints.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and travel suppliers.

Skills and Qualifications

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and online booking platforms.
- Ability to prepare professional quotations and itineraries.
- Good organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a tours and travels agency is preferred.

Salary

Negotiable based on experience, skills, and knowledge.

Working Hours

Full-time; working hours and weekly holidays as per company policy.

Work Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru.
