Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end execution of industrial construction projects, including factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and timely project delivery.
- Lead and coordinate Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning, MEP, QA/QC, and Safety teams.
- Monitor project costs, resource utilization, productivity, and overall profitability.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards,



safety regulations, approved drawings, and project specifications.
- Manage contracts, procurement coordination, client billing, variations, and commercial activities.
- Review project progress, resolve execution challenges, and report project performance to senior management.
