Role Overview
Train candidates to become Business Facilitators in the BFSI sector, covering sales, lead generation, credit evaluation, CRM/MIS, stock market, mutual funds and insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training as per the course framework.
Assess learners and track their performance.
Run training needs assessments and give feedback to the corporate team.
Maintain a positive, engaging learning environment.
Skills Required
On-ground experience in banking, financial services or insurance.
Strong communication in English; knowledge of the local language preferred.
Good presentation and facilitation skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
