We are looking for a technically skilled and disciplined Water Bottling Plant Operator to manage onsite drinking water bottling plants at premium hotels and resorts across India. The candidate will be responsible for water purification, bottling operations, quality testing, machinery maintenance, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate RO water treatment systems and automatic/semi-automatic bottling machines.
- Monitor water quality parameters, including pH, TDS, chlorine, and turbidity.
- Handle bottle filling, capping, mineral dosing, and filtration processes.
- Perform routine maintenance, CIP, filter replacement, and basic machinery troubleshooting.
- Maintain daily production reports, water quality records, and plant logbooks.
- Ensure plant cleanliness, personal hygiene, proper grooming, and mandatory PPE usage.
- Meet daily production targets and ensure uninterrupted water supply to client hotels.




- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and hotel discipline protocols.

Requirements

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or a related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience in RO plants and water bottling operations preferred.
- Knowledge of water quality testing and basic machinery maintenance.
- Physically fit to perform plant operations and routine maintenance.
- Willingness to work onsite at hotels and resorts and adjust shifts as per operational requirements.
- Strong discipline, hygiene awareness, and professional communication skills.

Work Location: In office at premium hotels and resorts across India.
