About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Assistant (ANM) to support our nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily living activities, maintain patient comfort and hygiene, and contribute to a safe and caring healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide basic patient care support, including personal hygiene.
- Support nurses in providing basic patient care and monitoring.
- Record vital signs and report abnormalities to the nursing team.
- Assist patients during admission, discharge, and transfers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient care areas.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.




- Transport patients, specimens, and reports as required.
- Provide emotional support and assistance to patients and their families.

Eligibility Criteria

- ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) qualification from a recognized institution.
- Fresher or up to 3 years of hospital experience.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
