Nilkanth Stone Industries operates in the construction aggregates, quarry, stone crushing plant, and Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) industry.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Purchase Executive to manage daily procurement activities for our quarry, crushing plant, and RMC operations. The candidate will be responsible for timely purchasing of materials, vendor management, price negotiation, purchase order preparation, and delivery follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand material requirements from the quarry, crushing plant, RMC plant, maintenance, and stores departments.
- Procure machinery spare parts, bearings, conveyor belts, lubricants, oils, electrical items, tools, safety equipment, and other plant materials.
- Identify reliable suppliers and maintain good vendor relationships.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices and specifications, and negotiate rates and payment terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Stores,



Maintenance, Accounts, and the Plant Manager.
- Verify invoices and delivery documents.
- Maintain purchase records, quotations, comparative statements, and pending order reports.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality or delivery timelines.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; procurement or supply chain qualifications are preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Purchase or Procurement.
- Experience in quarry, construction, manufacturing, crushing plant, or RMC industry will be preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial spare parts, electrical items, lubricants, and maintenance materials.
- Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with plant teams and suppliers.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000, depending on experience and skills.
- Incentives as per company policy.
- Full-time employment.
