- Interact with customers and understand their tyre/service requirements and vehicle-related concerns.
- Collect and verify customer and vehicle details required for job-card creation.
- Create accurate and complete job cards in the ERP system based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure customer requirements are communicated clearly.
- Update job-card details and service status in the ERP system as required.
- Handle basic customer queries, provide service updates, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
