Role Overview
The technician is responsible for installing, aligning, and troubleshooting satellite TV (DTH) and wireless internet (AirFiber) systems at customer premises.Key Responsibilities

- Installation: Securely mount outdoor dishes/antennas and set up indoor routers or set-top boxes.
- Alignment: Use meters to optimize signal strength and minimize internet latency.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix issues with wiring, routers, signal drops, or hardware.
- Customer Service: Explain system operations and complete digital work orders.SR Ticket Closure process for the technician:
- Verify Resolution: Run speed and signal tests to ensure the DTH or AirFiber service is fully restored.
- Customer Sign-off: Demonstrate the working service to the customer and collect their digital signature or OTP.
- Update App:



Mark the ticket as "Closed" in the field app immediately using the correct resolution codes.
- Log Details: Record the inventory used (cables, connectors) and upload required post-work photos.

Requirements

- Experience in telecom, ISP, or DTH field installation.
- Skills in networking (cabling, IP configuration) and using installation tools/ladders.
- Physical fitness to work at heights and outdoors.
- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for field travel.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
