Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.
- Explain company services and generate sales enquiries.
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with clients.
- Maintain lead details and update daily call reports.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.

- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in making phone calls and interacting with clients.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
