Roles & Responsibilities

- Control Panel Assembly: Assemble, mount,



and wire electrical components inside control panels (including PLCs, VFDs, MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, and transformers) according to engineering designs.
- Machine Wiring: Layout and execute internal machine wiring, including cable laying, routing, dressing, glanding, and secure terminations.
- Schematic Interpretation: Read and precisely follow electrical blueprints, circuit diagrams, and technical wire harness schematics.
- Component Connection: Wire up 3-phase and single-phase industrial motors, pumps, switches, and starter systems (such as DOL and Star-Delta starters).
- Testing & Quality Control: Use multimeters, clamp meters, and continuity testers to check voltage, current, load conditions, and circuit paths before final machine commissioning.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose, isolate, and repair electrical faults, loose connections, or short circuits during assembly or trial runs.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to industrial safety norms, national electric codes, and proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
