Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee civil construction, showroom renovation, maintenance, and repair activities across our retail outlets. The candidate should be capable of supervising workers, coordinating contractors, monitoring work quality, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise civil construction, renovation, and maintenance work at showrooms, offices, and warehouses.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, and other workers.
- Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meets company standards.
- Track project progress, timelines, material requirements, and labour attendance.




- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper housekeeping at work sites.
- Verify material consumption and help control unnecessary expenses.
- Travel to different company locations across Kerala as required.

Required Skills

- Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of civil works, finishing, flooring, painting, plastering, and renovation.
- Ability to read basic civil drawings and estimate material requirements.
- Contractor and labour management skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and reporting abilities.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.
