Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assembly Supervisors with knowledge of busbar assembly, fabrication processes, testing, and packing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily assembly and production activities.
- Knowledge of Busbar Bending, Welding, and Grinding operations.
- Handle busbar stacking and assembly activities.
- Supervise paper wrapping and packing processes.
- Ensure proper testing and quality inspection of finished products.
- Allocate manpower and monitor daily production targets.
- Ensure proper material handling and minimize rejection and wastage.
- Maintain quality standards, workplace safety, and discipline.
- Coordinate with the Production Head for smooth workflow.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Qualification:



ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2–5 years in assembly, busbar manufacturing, or electrical panel manufacturing.
- Practical knowledge of busbar bending, welding, grinding, stacking, testing, paper wrapping, and packing.
- Positive manpower handling and team management skills.
- Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
