Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Communicate with clients and understand project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Prepare presentations, material selections, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors and resolve design-related issues.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and building practices.
- Positive communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
