Position Title: Fully Automatic Packing & Assembly Machine Operator

Department: Production / Operations

Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Plant Engineer

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Machine Operation & Control: Monitor and adjust parameters via the PLC Touchscreen HMI control panel (e.g., controlling temperature settings for pouch sealing, stroke frequency, and cutting speeds).

- Raw Material Loading: Consistently replenish raw material feeds, including top/bottom plastic cassette housings into vibratory bowl hoppers, uncut diagnostic sheets onto the feeder rack, desiccants, and raw aluminum packaging film reels.

- In-Line Quality Monitoring:



Oversee the integrated CCD automated vision inspection cameras. Monitor the system to ensure defective assemblies (misaligned strips, empty cassettes, unsealed pouches) are being accurately rejected into the NG (Not Positive) bin.

- Routine Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Handle minor mechanical errors during the cycle, such as resolving strip jams in the cutting module, fixing misaligned shell tracks, or cleaning plastic debris away from the heat-sealing jaws.

- Sanitation & Compliance: Maintain a strict cleanroom environment (GMP standards) by ensuring the stainless-steel components are thoroughly sanitized and free from cross-contamination before and after batch change

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
