Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Content Director and Creator who can develop content ideas, direct shoots, and manage end-to-end content production for multiple brands and Can create engaging reels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative concepts, scripts, and content calendars.
- Direct video shoots and coordinate with the creative team.
- Create engaging reels, videos, and brand content.
- Track content performance, analyze insights, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the performance marketing team to analyze ad creative performance.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong creative thinking, scripting, and shoot direction skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in content planning and reporting tools.
- A portfolio of previous work is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
