We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our company's digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's branding and business objectives.
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media pages.
- Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, and posting schedules.
- Create engaging content ideas for reels, videos, carousels, posts, stories, and corporate updates.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and internal teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Develop content strategies for real estate branding, project promotions, corporate branding, and lead generation.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and campaign content.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and leads; prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and creative marketing techniques.
Requirements
- Experience in social media management, content strategy, and digital marketing.
- Solid creative thinking, copywriting, and content-planning skills.
- Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, reels, and digital branding.
- Experience in real estate, property marketing, or agency-side marketing will be an advantage.
- A portfolio of previously managed social media pages and campaigns is preferred.
