- Support the Plant Coordinator in daily production planning and coordination tasks.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining schedules, reports, and production updates.
- Follow up with the shop floor, design, and purchase teams for timely updates.
- Understand basic mechanical drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, warehouse, and logistics departments for smooth workflow.
- Maintain records, track job status, and escalate issues as required.
- Provide general administrative and technical support to the planning team.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work under guidance and multi-task effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Fresher)
