Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial records, GST compliance, and vendor payments for our retail and garment business.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Handle sales, purchase, billing, and invoicing.
- Manage GST returns, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash/bank entries.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments.
- Maintain expense records, petty cash, and stock-related entries.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with monthly reports, audits, and financial closing.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Practical experience in GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and inventory accounting.
- Experience in retail, apparel, garment manufacturing,



or trading preferred.
- Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates from Gurgaon and nearby areas preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: On-site, Udyog Vihar Phase 5, Gurugram.
