Job Description: Career Counsellor / Business Development Officer (BDO)

Department: Operations / Training Center
Location: As per Center Allocation
Reporting To: Center Manager

Role Purpose

Drive learner mobilization, lead generation, counselling, enrollment conversion, and learner engagement while supporting training center operations and placement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct field visits to colleges, institutes, and local communities to promote training programs, generate leads, and drive walk-ins.
- Counselling & Enrollment: Counsel learners and parents, explain programs and career opportunities, manage admissions, and achieve enrollment targets.
- Learner Engagement: Follow up on attendance, training completion, certification, retention, and placement opportunities.
- Records & Reporting: Maintain accurate lead databases, update ELITE/MIS/CRM systems, and submit daily reports and lead details.
- Center Operations: Support documentation, inventory,



infrastructure, enrollment drives, and other center activities as required.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the Center Manager, Counsellors, Trainers, Placement Team, Operations Managers, CPT Team, BUSSM, and Business Partners.

Key Expectations

- Achieve assigned lead-generation, walk-in, and enrollment targets.
- Maintain strong communication, counselling, marketing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure timely reporting, accurate records, and 100% adherence to SOPs.
- Support learner retention, certification, training completion, and placements.

Key Stakeholders

Center Manager, Counsellor, Trainers, Placement Team, Operations Managers, CPT Team, BUSSM, and Business Partners.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
