We also re-edit historically important furniture designs from the second half of the 20th century and are one of the few furniture brands from India with an international footprint.
Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on ‘Sales Operations Associate’ to handle pre and post sales backend activities. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a systematic manner and following processes. It involves working closely with internal teams as well as liaising with clients and external partners. Good communication skills are essential as the role required liaising with clients.
PRIMARY ROLE:
- Providing necessary operational support to the Client Relationship and Logistics teams.
- Ensuring that all current and existing customer contacts, leads and opportunities are captured and updated on our CRM platform.
- Accurately recording order information on our internal system after an order is won and making sure that all necessary information is captured to process the order.
- Constantly update production and shipping related information for all orders during the production cycle.
- Communicating with clients on order readiness and shipping related information.
- Co-ordinate with the Logistics team to prepare shipping estimates and shipping documents
- Updating data and information in internal trackers for analytics.
- Managing sample swatch requests from clients.
QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Between 2 and 5 years of work experience in a process based role. Experience is shipping and logistics will be considered as a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose thoughtful, clear and context-sensitive emails as well as communicate clearly over the phone.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Extreme and ridiculous attention to detail and ability to follow processes and record information accurately.
- Constantly proactive and eager to learn/take on more responsibilities.
- Commitment to being responsive and dependable, including occasional communication outside conventional work hours, especially given our international customer base.
Work Location
This is a full-time role based in our office and factory in Abbigere (near Jalahalli), Bangalore North. Remote working is not an option.
