Job Description:

Join GlowMed Clinics, Thiruvananthapuram’s premium medical aesthetics clinic. We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and customer-focused Client Relations Executive to manage patient enquiries, build strong client relationships, and drive appointment conversions.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospective patients, understand their requirements, and provide a professional and personalized service experience. This role involves client relationship management, lead follow-ups, appointment coordination, and achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate appointments.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient enquiries.
- Explain clinic services, treatments, offers, and appointment details.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the front desk and clinical team.
- Maintain accurate client details and follow-up records.




- Prepare daily call reports and track appointment conversions.
- Achieve daily and monthly appointment-booking targets.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: Plus Two or Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or client relations is preferred.
- Language: Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Skills: Robust interpersonal, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and professional communication skills.
